Born in 2010, INKBIRD was originated from two kite-chasing boys who held full spirit of technologies.
The development of human being’s civilization started with word-of-mouth communications and has been thrilling until today because of the advent of the quill-pen.
The quill-pen is made of BIRD feather/quill and used for writing with INK. From the middle ages to the 19 century, it had been used as the writing tool to record every significant progress of human being’s civilization. During that period, almost all of the literary works, technological breakthroughs and human being progresses could not be happened without it.
Inspired by the history of quill-pen, the founders of INKBIRD named their brand starting with the word INK to encourage the development and continuity of the company.
From 1897 to 1899, The Wright brothers had been observing birds flying. Finally in 1903, they flew the world's first successful motor-operated airplane under the witness of the whole world. Since then, The spirits of chasing freedom and flying have been deeply branded in the human being’s mind. Swiss Precision Sensor: The ITH-11-B is equipped with a professional Swiss temperature and humidity sensor that supports a temperature range of -40 to 60 °C (-40 to 140 °F) with an accuracy of 0.2 ℃ (0.36 °F) and a humidity range of 0% to 99% RH with an accuracy of 2%. It can also give you VPD and dew point readings through the app.
Upgraded Bluetooth 5.0: It has advanced Bluetooth 5.0 technology, so you can control it with your smartphone within a long open distance of 80 meters (262 feet). It also features the Firm Update function, which means it can be functionally updated based on your feedback, so we can always provide you with the best experience in use.
Long-term Data Storage: You can view data graphs on the app to understand changes in temperature, humidity, VPD and dew point, and export up to 2 years of historical data to your email. The device itself can store up to 300 days of offline data and upload it to the INKBIRD app when a Bluetooth connection is established. Offline data storage varies with the logging interval, which can be set to 1/2/5/10 minutes.
Ultra Long Battery Life: Each ITH-11-B thermo-hygrometer is supplied with two AAA batteries, which together have an ultra-high battery capacity of 1200 mAh, giving an ultra-long battery life of approximately 9 months, allowing continuous 24/7 temperature and humidity monitoring, without the need for frequent battery changes.
APP Remote Monitor: By connecting the ITH-11-B to your smartphone via the Bluetooth function, you can remotely control the unit and monitor changes in temperature, humidity, VPD and dew point. You can also receive real-time temperature and humidity alarm notifications from the app via Bluetooth connection to effectively prevent unexpected losses.
IP65 Waterproof Structure: Each ITH-11-B has a compact and lightweight body with a IP65 waterproof rating, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, especially in small areas. You can hang it in your home, baby room, fridge, reptile terrarium, greenhouse, wine cellar, courtyard, RV, etc.
