Products
What is INKBIRD’s warranty policy?
All products purchased directly from us come with a one-year hassle-free warranty. Some products may have a two-year warranty. To check the exact period for your model, check the product specifications or contact service@inkbird.com with your order ID.
What should I do if my device won’t connect to the INKBIRD app?
Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth and location services are on. Most INKBIRD devices only work with 2.4GHz WiFi - check that your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network. Also, grant all permissions for the INKBIRD app in your phone’s settings.
One of my wireless probes keeps disconnecting or shows offline. How can I fix it?
Try removing the corresponding probe from the INKBRID app, then place it back into its charging slot to re-pair it. If that doesn’t help, email service@inkbird.com with your order details.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders placed directly on our website.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. For U.S. orders from our U.S. warehouse, delivery takes 2-7 working days. For other orders shipped from China, delivery takes 7-12 working days.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact service@inkbird.com immediately with your order number and the corrected address. We cannot guarantee a change once the order has been processed for shipment.
Orders
What payment methods does INKBIRD accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), PayPal, Diners Club, and Discover.
Will I receive an invoice after purchase?
Yes. A confirmation email with your invoice will be sent to the address you used at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
What is the return window?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive the item. The product must be disassembled and repackaged as it was originally sent. If you’re returning because you changed your mind or ordered by mistake, you pay the return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping after you provide clear evidence.
When will I get my refund?
We will issue the refund after receiving and confirming the package. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. The processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Privacy & Security
How does INKBIRD protect my personal data?
We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards. For device access, we enforce authentication and authorization. All data communication uses security algorithms and transmission encryption protocols.
Is my location data shared with third parties?
No. Your location information is used only for the location functions within the INKBIRD app. It is never collected, used, or disclosed to any third party.
I have a new phone. How do I transfer my INKBIRD devices?
Just download the INKBIRD app on your new phone and log in with your existing account. All your devices and settings will sync automatically - you don’t have to set them up again.
