Born in 2010, INKBIRD was originated from two kite-chasing boys who held full spirit of technologies.
The development of human being’s civilization started with word-of-mouth communications and has been thrilling until today because of the advent of the quill-pen.
The quill-pen is made of BIRD feather/quill and used for writing with INK. From the middle ages to the 19 century, it had been used as the writing tool to record every significant progress of human being’s civilization. During that period, almost all of the literary works, technological breakthroughs and human being progresses could not be happened without it.
Inspired by the history of quill-pen, the founders of INKBIRD named their brand starting with the word INK to encourage the development and continuity of the company.
From 1897 to 1899, The Wright brothers had been observing birds flying. Finally in 1903, they flew the world's first successful motor-operated airplane under the witness of the whole world. Since then, The spirits of chasing freedom and flying have been deeply branded in the human being’s mind. The Wright brothers have been inspiring worldwide countless entrepreneurs and innovators, including the founders of INKBIRD, so they named their brand ending up with the word BIRD to motivate their solid steps of chasing innovation and freedom.

WiFi control: we can connect INKBIRD ITC-306A-WIFI with mobile phones via WiFi and its free APP, so any abnormal temperature will be alarmed on our mobile phones and we can monitor our aquarium temperature much easier and more efficiently. Note: INKBIRD ITC-306A ONLY supports 2.4GHz WiFi router.
Better protection for aquarium creatures: equipped with 2 relays, one for output control and the other one for abnormal protection, INKBIRD ITC-306A-WIFI ensures the power can be turned off under any abnormal circumstances and offer more and better protection for our aquarium creatures for water overheating.
Temperature alarms: INKBIRD ITC-306A-WIFI supports alarms for continuous heating, high-and-low temperatures and abnormal probe performance, safer for aquarium creatures, better device lifetime.
Continuous Heating Alarm: The heating time can be set according to your needs from 0 - 96 hours, the controller will alarm if water can not be heated to the target temperature within the specified time. The temperature setting range is 0.0¡æ~45.0¡æ/32.0¨H~113¨H.
Dual probes design for more safety: its alarm will be triggered once the temperature difference of its two probes is over 5¨H(3¡æ) and its APP on our mobile phone will pop up the alarm notification at the same time for more safety of our aquarium creatures.
Temperature calibration: INKBIRD ITC-306A-WIFI supports temperature calibration for more precise temperature setting, monitoring and controlling, offering more security for aquarium creatures;
No reading confusion: INKBIRD ITC-306A-WIFI supports both Celsius and Fahrenheit reading methods, it can be switched based on our reading habits for no reading confusion.
