Yes, you can use it directly, but the base only supports monitoring, not controlling. So, we suggest using it with your smartphone for extra functions, such as menu selection, temperature alarm setting, history tracking, and more.

What is the diameter of the INT-12-BW probes?

Both INT-12-BW probes are 0.24 inches/6 mm in diameter, 10% thinner than most wireless probes available, which allows for smaller holes in meat.
