My new smoking buddy
I have an offset smoker with which I've been using two cabled temperature probes which plug into a little box and Bluetooth connect to my smartphone and they've been great. For my birthday my parents-in-law gifted to me the INT-11P-B from Inkbird which has been a game changer for me and elevated the way I smoke food now plus I only need open the lid of my smoker now if I'm using a mop sauce. The user interface of the Inkbird app is fabulous clearly displaying ambient, internal and target temperature plus the trend option is very helpful as are all the pre listed food types. My Inkbird INT-11P-B is my new best smoking buddy!
Takes the guesswork out of cooking perfect roasts
This temperature probe makes cooking a perfect roast so easy. Just insert it into the meat, put it in the oven, monitor the temperature on the app and then take it out when the roast reaches the pre-set temperature. The roast turns out exactly as desired with no guesswork
