Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact service@inkbird.com.

Order not shipped
There are no fees and you will receive a full refund.

The order has been shipped (subject to our system status, not the order status)
You need to bear the shipping cost. If the order cannot be intercepted, you need to send the package back in its original condition after receiving it. We will process the refund for you after receiving the package.

30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

• You are eligible to return the item within 30 days of receipt.
• All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
• No restocking fee will be charged, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If there are quality issues with the product, Inkbird will bear the return shipping costs.
• We will issue the refund after receiving the package. Refunds will be credited back to the original account, and the processing time depends on the bank or service provider.

How to Return a Product

Step 1: Provide the following information via email at service@inkbird.com:

● Order number

● Item(s) to be returned

● Reason for the return

● Pictures or videos of products received

Step 2: We will send you the return address after confirmation.

Step 3: Please pack the item(s) in the original packaging in the parcel. Or repackage your item(s) but if you no longer have the packaging, please make sure that it is wrapped and packaged as securely as possible.

Step 4: Please send the items you wish to return within 5 days to the address we sent you.

Step 5: Upon receipt of the return and confirmation of its original condition, we will process your refund.

Step 6: You will be notified by email when we receive your return and also after the refund has been processed.

Please note that the actual time for the refund to be shown in your account of the same credit card used for placing the order will be depending on your card issuing bank. Please contact your bank directly for further details. Please note that return the product in the original packaging we provided and the product must be damage-free, as damage will void the refund.
